Our Pricing Strategy

We researched the current prices of our competitors. Then we calculated the time it would take for us to produce set items, the materials used, the amount of labour that goes in, and the output capacity of the machine.

With these considerations, we work out our pricing based on the following:

  • Design & File Setup
  • Machining Cost (Rate/min)
  • Machine Setup
  • Material Cost( Applicable If We Supply The Materia
  • Labour/finishing

DESIGN & FILE SETUP - R 500

We base this on the amount of time we take to design and finalize the sizing. for the client already has their own design, then it becomes cheaper.

MACHINING COST - R8/MIN

The total time to engrave this design is 33min. Where 33*8= R264

MACHINE SETUP - R20

This is the cost of turning on the machine and getting the material aligned. This will be higher if the job is more complex

MATERIAL COST - R156

Applicable if we supply material

LABOUR/FINISH - R0

This is where we apply pre or post proces- sin, finishing, painting, sanding, or muskin

SERVICE COST - R940

TIME TO PRODUCE - EST 2HRS

An Order Of 20 Of These Items, Would Take 1 Week To Manufacture.
